Cancellation Policy
To guarantee premium and efficient service, we have established the following operating guidelines applicable to all our visual productions. 1. Initial Assessment and Negotiation Appointment Every service begins with an initial diagnostic appointment (15 to 30 minutes). This meeting allows us to assess your inventory volume, understand your visual needs, and structure a customized work plan or monthly retainer before starting any production. 2. Scheduling and Confirmation On-location sessions must be requested 48 to 72 hours in advance. For clients without an active monthly retainer, the date and time will be officially reserved upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the quoted price. 3. Punctuality and Inventory Preparation Waiting Times: We allow a maximum of 20 minutes of grace upon arrival at the location. After this time, the session will be canceled and subject to rescheduling fees. Conditions: Properties and vehicles must be completely clean and tidy upon our arrival. Our technical team does not perform cleaning or furniture moving services. 4. Logistics and Mobility A flat rate of RD$500 applies per technical visit within the central areas of Puerto Plata. Travel to outlying areas or neighboring municipalities will be quoted separately based on distance. 5. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Weather Prior Notice: Any changes or cancellations must be notified 24 hours in advance to avoid logistical penalties. Weather Factor: Visual quality and drone flights depend on the weather. In case of rain or strong winds, Localiza RD will reschedule the session at no additional cost to the client. 6. Delivery of Materials The final edited material will be delivered via a digital download link (cloud) within the stipulated timeframe. The client has a maximum of 30 days to download and back up their files.
